Quinta de Arcossó White Riesling is a winemaking jewel born in the Arcossó region, Vidago, part of the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. This exceptional Riesling comes from a careful selection of grapes grown on a dedicated plot of 0.8 hectares, set in an 8-hectare vineyard planted in 2016. Located on a southeast slope at an altitude of 450 meters, this land benefits from a 35% slope and granite soil, perfect conditions for the development of superior quality grapes. Harvested at the peak of ripeness, the grapes for this Riesling went through a meticulous process of alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats, enriched with the "bâtonnage" technique during fermentation. After bottling, the wine matured in the bottle for eight months, culminating in a wine with a vibrant yellow color, with deep aromas of grapefruit and pear, and a dense, fresh palate that continues into a long-lasting finish, promising a unique and memorable taste experience.

Aging on fine lees for several weeks before bottling. Pale pink color with shades of gray and white. On the nose, aromas of red fruits mix with aromas of small red fruits. In the mouth, a slight pearl gives the wine all its freshness and enhances the fruit.
