Transport in boxes of 20 kg, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks below 24ºC. Stage in French oak barrels where it remains for 8 months. Intense wine with 17 degrees, strong, balanced, with notes of red fruits. Tannins noble and present. A wine with a lot of presence, rich and that has a wraparound and long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Le Tribute Dry
First things first – this gin comes in beautiful packaging. Designed to look like an antique medicine bottle, it's light green, made of fluted glass and highlighted with glorious copper accents. As for the gin, all many people will need to know is that it's made by the same team who created the highly celebrated Gin Mare. Created from a whopping seven distillations, many of which are centred around citrus botanicals, Le Tribute is a stunningly vibrant citrus gin with underlying notes of lemongrass and (of course) juniper.

The Três Bagos Colheita Tardia is a monovarietal of the Sémillon variety that presents an excellent bright color, golden straw, alive. Very exuberant aroma, with citrus notes, with nuances of fig, honey and some apricot. José de Sousa Puro Talha White
At the José de Sousa winery, some ancestral winemaking techniques are still used, the most emblematic being the use of the mulch in the fermentation of the grapes. The essence of woodcarving winemaking has changed little in more than two thousand years. In this process, the white grapes are slightly crushed by foot and manually destemmed on a ripanço table. Fermentation takes place, without stems, in pots with an average capacity of 1,600 liters at a temperature of around 28ºC, being controlled by watering the pots 4 times a day. Fermentation takes approximately 8 days, leaving the wine in contact with the masses. Aged in amphorae for a period of 4 to 10 months, depending on the vintage. During this period, a film of oil is placed to prevent oxidation. Amber color, aroma of dried fruits, especially hazelnut. Spices, evolved, white pepper, ripe kiwi, bread, liqueur, hay. Elegant, complex palate, good acidity with a dry finish. Long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Sandeman Vintage 2016 Ruby
Outstanding for its exceptional features, the Sandeman Porto Vintage 2016 is a wine that will age in the bottle for 30 or 40 years. This excellent Vintage Porto 2016 is an example of Sandeman's commitment to the quality of Port wine. This wine has an opaque, almost black color. The aroma is intense and complex, with prominent notes of ripe black fruit, resin as well as notes of cocoa and chocolate as a result of its excellent maturation. Great volume on the palate with a vibrant, fresh acidity, firm, high-quality tannins, floral notes of stew and notes of black fruit and chocolate. A great invitation for the very long and elegant finale. Using the traditional technology of Port Wine, this wine was vinified in the Quinta do Seixo winery, grapes originating both there and in Quinta do Vau. In addition to the selection process, the grapes were subjected to crushing and stalking before undergoing a very intense maceration during alcoholic fermentation, by treading on granite wineries at controlled temperatures automatically. The balance and harmony of this wine, as well as its body and structure, result from the selection of the best grapes, the intensity of the maceration and the choice of the right moment to stop the fermentation. Planas is an extraordinary blend of rum from Pot Still, Column and Batch Kettle. Aged up to 6 years, it is elegant, rich and surprisingly intense for a white rum. The complex carbon filtration process performed prior to bottling gives this rum a crystalline appearance and a smooth finish. Transparent and clear color, with fresh and tropical aromas such as ground coffee and coconut. Slightly fruity with creamy flavors. Quinta de Roriz Vintage 2016 Ruby
Quinta de Roriz Vintage 2016 is vibrant in the aromas of red fruits, very characteristic of the Vintage Ports of Quinta de Roriz. Very good tannins, drawn by the minerality of the soils of Roriz. Good aromatic range complements the flavors of compoteados fruits, cut by a beautiful acidity. Contains sulfites.
Rola Late Harvest White

Grapes harvested by grape varieties and plots in boxes of 20 kg and placed in the cold at 5-6º C. After being fully destemmed they are crushed. The must was subtly pressed and decanted until it reached the necessary clarity. Fermentation and subsequent full aging in 500 liter barrels, 60% new and 40% used. The lees were removed every month to keep them in suspension. After eight months, the final blend was made and the wine was pasted before being bottled. With a citrus color, the wine is initially very discreet and complex with mineral notes evolving later to some fresh and floral notes, more discreet and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present acidity and very balanced. Fine, complex and very elegant, it shows an excellent balance between alcohol, fruit and acidity, and a lively, fine and quite long finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Romaneira Red
The wine was vinified in cone-shaped vats, equipped with temperature control, at a temperature of around 25-28ºC. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters. Fresh and balanced, intense and fruity, wild and spicy, tannins present, but elegant, are typical expressions of the great Romaneira vineyard. Contains sulfites.

100% of this wine is aged in wood for 10 months, in 35% of new wood. Fermented in stainless steel vats for 10 days where afterwards malolactic fermentation takes place. Dark, dense and opaque color. Intense fruit of blueberries and raspberries, dough, pastry and spices. Characteristic aromas of wild flowers present in the vineyards of Romaneira. It reveals mineral flavors, with well integrated notes of the barrel and dark chocolate. Very good tannins and excellent finesse. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvesting transported in small boxes. Laceration in stainless steel mill and vat at an approximate temperature of 28-30ºC. Stage of 1 year in hull, with filling in the second year. The great majority of the grapes come from the Pinhão River Valley where the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz are able to withstand the heat that has occurred in the summer. These grapes have been added to other Douro valleys, which translates into a classic blend of the region. The fermentation took place in a mix of closed vats to guarantee the freshness and aromatic component, mill to guarantee greater complexity and structure. After a slow aging and care in our cellars in the Douro, this Vintage now has an intense and mature fruity, in addition to a floral that conveys excellent freshness. It shows a strong concentration and structure in the mouth accompanied always with a rich and aromatic component variability. A classic vintage definitely remembering other decades. Vinified from grapes from farms in the Pinhão area, using traditional technology of Port Wine. Following the choice of grapes, crushing and destemming, very intense maceration is followed during the period of alcoholic fermentation, through stepping in granite wineries with controlled temperature. The balance and harmony of this Vintage, as well as its body and structure, are obtained through the selection of grapes, the intensity of maceration and the choice of the moment of the fermentation stop. Opaque, almost black color. Intense aroma of good complexity, with balsamic notes of resins, cedars and tobacco boxes, spiced like pepper, cloves and very mature black fruits. In the mouth presents a good attack, with well integrated acidity, tannins of very good quality, resin aromas and slightly floral with a long finish and great balance. Contains sulfites.
