Vineyards installed in red soils derived from brown or crystalline limestones, with red shale patches, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high thermal amplitudes and hot and dry summers. After the green interventions required during the growing cycle, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes. Peach, lemon and mango aromas with mineral notes. On the set is a mineral white and elegant, with persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
Herdade das Servas Vinhas Velhas Red
The grapes are selected on the selection table, destemmed, followed by pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation takes place in a mill and stainless steel vat with temperature control. After the malolactic fermentation stage, the wine aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels and second year French and American oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in a bottle in our cellar for 20 months. In order to preserve all of its qualities, it has not been stabilized and can naturally create deposits. Clear wine, deep violet red, aromas of plum, cherry, fig, chocolate, spices and floral notes of violet. Complex, structured, fresh and elegant, toasted oak barrels, smoked notes, rich tannins and long finish, revealing all the potential for aging and aging. Contains sulfites.

The "Premium" line of Quinta da Pellada wines has long been an icon of Dão wines. For Álvaro Castro, the viticulture and the characteristics of each year are that shape each harvest, however, dedication and alertness are essential so that nature can be "protected", in order to exercise the minimum of human intervention in the elaboration of each one of their wines. This field blend, which joins castes from Quinta da Pellada and Casa da Passarella, has been staging for 14 months in allier oak casks. Intense ruby color, very concentrated in the aroma, modern and vigorous style. In the mouth, compote and game notes in which the final toasted notes leave a pleasant memory. Minimum age 5 years in the basement. A sparkling wine of choice, with a light straw color and a very harmonious fruity, intense and ripe aroma that gives it a fresh and unique taste. Dust tries to be a balanced and elegant wine. In general the wines of the Douro are supported in the tannin, but the Dust is sustained in the acidity. A very drinkable and appetizing wine when new but at the same time has the capacity to evolve. Complex, intense in dried fruits, biscuit, toasted cereal, toasted cereal and jelly of fruits of white pulp. Fruity, fresh, crispy sui generis mousse and long persistence. Better known as one of the five varieties most used in Port wine to the south, in the Alentejo, its fruit develops an aromatic and very floral character. Quinta dos Murças Reserva Red
Quinta dos Murças Reserva, coming from the Douro region, presents a deep color with violet lavas. Firm and concentrated palate, with balanced acidity, has ripe tannins well wrapped in your body and volume. It presents a long and persistent end, which in its entirety, allows to predict a great longevity. Manual harvesting, selection table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25ºC to 28ºC) in granite mills, with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. Produced with the Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz varieties. Intense aromas of wild fruits and spices, expressing in the mouth all its austere profile, with a velvety finish.
