Carefully crafted to Martini's original 1872 recipe, this bitter aperitif makes up one third of what Martini have hailed as the 'perfect Negroni'. The other two ingredients are Bombay Sapphire Gin and Martini's Riserva Speciale Vermouth di Torino. Botanicals used to make Riserva Speciale Bitter include saffron, angostura and Columba, as well as Italian Artemisia - something which ensures it complements the flavour profile of Martini's vermouth.

Vermouth with a large orange scent on top. The palate is fresh and stuffed with large notes of citrus zest. Final is dry with notes of fresh orange segments.
