Nantou distillery in Taïwan offers a Single Malt entirely aged in old bourbon casks. A real scottish know how, Omar means "amber" in gaelic. It mixes the old world heritage with Taïwan's exoticism, for an honorable result, rewarded many times in international spirits competitions. Omar offers impressive white flower flavors, vanilla, honey and cedar, on a voluptuous texture seasonned with citruses and madarin.

Yushan Signature Sherry

It is a Taiwanese malt whiskey produced at Nantou distillery for the Yushan Signature line. Aged in sherry barrels before being bottled at 46% ABV. The name comes from the highest mountain in Taiwan. The whiskeys produced in Taiwan have been particularly impressive. It has a juicy citrus aroma, chestnut, a touch of Turkish delight, buttery malt. Chocolate taste and orange peel. The floral barley are featured. Rum drenched raisins and gentle ginger heat.

Yushan Blended Malt

A Taiwanese mixed malt named after Taiwan's highest mountain (3,952 meters above sea level). It is produced in the Nantou distillery, known for also making Omar malts. It has a sultana aroma, pineapple chunks, thyme honey and a little spicy nutmeg. Taste the creamy vanilla and spicy orange, joined by rounded malt and shortbread. End with coffee beans, orange and a slightly lingering floral touch at the end.
