In his production he uses the more traditional botanicals used in gin production, such as juniper, orange peel, lemon peel and candamom. But it also uses four plants, originals of the Mediterranean area, uncommon in the production of gin: Arbequina olive, basil, rosemary and thyme. These four plants are the ones that stand out immediately in the aroma, highlighting the rosemary.
