Manual harvest and rigorous selection of bunches, 10-14 days of maceration. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels, and 6 months in vats before bottling. Garnet red color, extremely complex, well present acidity, ripe and velvety tannins. Clean aroma and long finish. Contains sulfites.
With a pale pink color, Catarina Rosé is marked by scents of violets and forest fruits; in the mouth these aromatic sensations are enhanced and intense, which together with a good acidity, create a wine with an elegant, full, very mineral and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
