It is a traditionally prepared rum, very light reddish brown in color. On the nose emits an extraordinary and exquisite bouquet, with intense and complex notes of cocoa, vanilla, cedar wood and sweet tobacco. It is an elegant and exceptionally rich rum, with a voluptuous and silky entrance, giving rise to a balanced palate. It is intense but round and soft.

Made from 100% Weber blue agave — aged for 8-12 years and harvested at their peak. The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together for added complexity and character. The result is a premium tequila with a smoother, more interesting flavor than most on the market. The clean, balanced taste with hints of sweet fruit and pepper is perfect sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail.
1800 Reserva Reposado
This tequila is crafted using 8-12 year old 100% Weber blue agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months. This rich liquid has notes of buttery caramel, mild spices and a touch of smokiness, which is imparted by the finishing process. Perfect mixed in a cocktail or on the rocks.

Plantation Pineapple
A tribute to the character created by Charles Dickens in Pickwick Papers, the reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was "pineapple rum". Victoria pineapple peels are infused into the Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is then distilled. Separately, the pineapple fruit is infused into the Plantation Original Dark rum. The infusion of spirits and fruit is finally combined, creating a rich and delicious bouquet of pineapple, accentuated by notes of smoke and cloves.
Plantation Isle of Fuji
From pristine lagoons to lush jungles, the Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. It ages for the first time in this tropical climate in bourbon barrels, the rum is sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak barrels. This double aging method combined with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins.
