The grapes, selected for their high acidity and low sugar content, are the source of a light and balanced wine, which is subsequently subjected to two slow and careful distillations in charcoal halibut. After the distillation process, the brandy is subjected to aging in French oak casks, with the final blend having an average age of 6 years of aging. Golden in color and limpid in appearance, aroma of toasted notes of coffee and nuts, surrounded by soft notes of wood. Smooth, velvety flavor and very rich in aromas. Contains sulfites.
Zacapa Centenario XO
Produced in Guatemala, Rum Zacapa is a blend of distilled runs, aged between 6 and 25 years, in the Solera system, which consists of barrels that previously contained bourbon, delicate shavings, fine wines Pedro Ximenez and Cognac. It features a perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spices and fruits, being a delight for a "connoisseur" and the ultimate expression of Master Blender art. It shows a light brownish color with greenish highlights. A very open nose, with a wealth of aromas evolving in a great balance of notes of roasted oak, burnt caramel, walnuts, marzipan and orange peel, with a delicate floral note. On the palate it has a wonderfully complete and satisfying balance of sweetness, fruit and spice; long, smooth and sweet, with a bouquet of flavors of dark chocolate, cherry, dried fruit (sultanas), oak, cloves, vanilla and cinnamon.

Rum Zacapa features a dark mahogany color with a nose full of apricots, citrus fruits, cacao, vanilla and bourbon; dense, with wonderful complexities of aroma and flavor.
