The Glencadam distillery opened in 1825 and has since changed little. A very special collection of barrels was chosen for the Origin 1825 edition. The final selection consisted of a unique marriage of whiskey ripened into first-class American oak bourbon barrels with "finished" whiskey at the finest ends of Spanish Sherry Oloroso. It has a warm gold color, with malted barley aroma creamy and floral with notes of vanilla that welcome the arrival of mixed summer fruits. In the mouth stands out the flavor of bananas, pineapple and pears End of floral mouth with sweetness of pear drop.

Cold, snowy winters emphasize rye and develop the delicate and refined character of vodka - more reminiscent of the region's calm lakes than of its harsh climate. Chivas 15 Anos is selectively finished in the most awarded hooves. The resulting whiskey has a pleasant amber glow and is full of intense notes of sultanas and hints of cinnamon. Rich and sweet aroma, with concentrated notes of red apple jam, homemade orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and juicy raisins. Incredibly smooth and fruity, with a taste of pears soaked in caramel butter and toffee, all wrapped in a wonderful velvety texture. Finished with a touch of vanilla at the end of the mouth.
