The Sparkling Spring Baga Bairrada Extra Brut is a blanc de noirs, a base tete cuvée, with a clear and bright appearance. It has a pearl color, intense and creamy foam, with a fine and persistent bubble. Delicate on the nose, exhaling floral and wild fruit aromas. In the mouth it presents a creamy and enveloping mousse, with good body, good acidity, freshness and elegance. Fresh and persistent finish.

The aroma is delicate, fresh, vibrant, marked by notes of red fruits. In the mouth it presents an enveloping mousse, it is creamy, fruity, with good body and balanced acidity that gives it freshness and elegance. The finish is long and persistent.

Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 evokes an awakening, the first rays of a day full of promise – a luminous morning aura. The 76th vintage in the Maison's history, it is an initiation into Moët & Chandon's journey of light. The initial notes of breadcrumbs, fresh brioche and almond paste give way to elderflower and jasmine, then to fruits such as white peach and watermelon. Early morning garrigue notes complete the set.

Traditional creeping vineyards, close to the ground protected from strong winds by reeds or crochet walls. Limestone soils with sandy loam texture. Pale yellow color, intense nose, saline, mineral, gunpowder and iodine notes. In the good attack full, textured, the aromas are repeated in the retonasal. Super persistent.

Maritávora Reserve Biologic White
Made with grapes from vineyards aged between 4 and 50 years, from the Códega do Larinho, Rabigato and Viosinho varieties, among others. Partially fermented in new French oak barrels, with 3 months of battonage, having aged 7 months in barrel. The other part was fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Barcelo White
Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation with temperature control in a cement vat. 6 months in used barrel with total sur lie. Citrus color, white fruit and lychees, full-bodied, fresh and elegant and long (with great potential for evolution). A new return to the deepest roots: the ancestral winemaking of grape varieties present in historic plots of old vineyards. Single grape variety Barcelo, has a differentiating character, famous for its aromatic delicacy and structure, but also for the history that this unique grape variety knew how to write in our past. Contains sulfites.

Giz Vinhas Velhas Magnum Red
Grapes de-stemmed and fermented in a press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging for 20 months in new barrels (50%) using French oak. Wine stabilized naturally during aging in barrels. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it proves to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was subjected. Contains sulfites.
