Bushmills 30 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks for 14 years before being finished for 16 years in first fill Pedro Ximénez casks. Gold color, dark and rich. Rich, inviting aromas of sweet raisins, figs, plums and dates intertwined with molasses caramel, soft cloves and sweet spices enchanted the senses. Amber in color with golden and orange tones. On the nose the first impression is reminiscent of rose petals in harmony with nuances of herbs and spices, delicately preserved. And dry fruits like walnuts, with a tobacco finish. The aromas from the barrels are vanilla, caramel and maple, giving it an elegant style. Wine produced in the 70s, using the traditional fermentation technique used in the region. Distillation of wine in a still, in a slow, careful way and with improved selection. Bickens London Dry
Bickens is the result of mixing two different distillates, both originating from the Langley distillery and made with the same ten botanicals, but their recipes are different. In addition, each recipe is distilled in two different stills: Angela, a traditional copper still over 100 years old, and Jenny, a more modern one. Gin Bickens is particularly dry and rich in citrus and juniper notes, the way a classic London Dry should be.
