Guyot Moscatel Galego Branco comes from a vineyard, 550 meters above sea level in a shale / granite transition zone. Exuberant aroma with a lot of purity, with predominant floral characteristics, lemon peel, light and vegetable. Elegant with a very present acidity and a very fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé
Currently, Chateau Miraval is the summer residence of Angelina Jolie, who dedicates the place to the arts/music, cinema, theater and wine production. Since 2012, a partnership has been established with the Perrin Family, which is responsible for viticulture, winemaking and wine distribution. One of the main wine producing families in France, the Perrins are experienced in producing classy wines. On the property, vines are grown on terraces and production is 100% organic, without the use of herbicides, pesticides or chemicals that could affect the evolution of the fruit and wine.
A pale pink wine. Its aromas show a fantastic bouquet with delicate aromas of white fruits, freshly picked strawberries and floral notes. Destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures (22 to 25ºC), pressing followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Clean appearance, intense ruby color. Aromas of wild berries, cherries, blackberries. In the mouth it is intense and consistent, with notes of ripe but fresh black fruit, elegant and persistent tannins, which are expressed in a long and expressive finish. Contains sulfites.
Dinamite Blanc de Noirs Grande Reserva White
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method. Aged for 48 months in the bottle. Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dry fruits, bread yeast stand out in an austere set. On the palate the blister is fine and abundant with smooth and creamy foam. Reveals freshness and persistence at the end. Contains sulfites.
