Casa Relvas Pom-Pom Rosé
Discover Casa Relvas Pom-Pom Rosé, a wine from Redondo, Alentejo, blending the freshness and unique delicacy of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, and Syrah grapes. Grown in clay-limestone soils at the foot of the Serra do Mendro, this wine results from careful hand harvesting, followed by total destemming and pre-fermentative maceration for 8 to 12 hours, enhancing its aromatic expression.
Fermentation is carried out under controlled temperatures in stainless steel, with 10% of the wine aged for 4 months in French oak barrels, adding a subtle complexity. It presents a light pink color with salmon hues, unveiling fresh aromas of red fruits and citrus on the nose.

Quinta dos Termos Reserva Fonte Cal White
Strict maturation control in order to determine the right harvest time. Total crushing and de-stemming with protection against early oxidation. Clarification in 18 hours. Controlled fermentation between 20ºC – 22ºC. Citrine color with greenish hints. Fruity aromas with a slight floral reminiscent of Cardo Serrano. Very tasty in the mouth with an elegant acidity. Contains sulfites.
Florão Red
The grapes are harvested into small boxes and received in the property's cellar. Manual sorting is followed by destemming and gentle crushing, after which the grapes are transferred to fermentation vessels using a peristaltic pump. Fermentations are followed individually and temperatures and maceration movements are adjusted in order to maximize the potential of the grapes. Aging 50% of the batch aged for 6 months in third and fourth year 400L French oak barrels. The relatively fresh cycle of the year is reflected in the elegance and clarity of the aromas, which denote pine and eucalyptus and also notes of rose bush. It also reveals hints of raspberry and currant. In the mouth it is very fresh, with wild fruit flavors complemented by spicy notes from fine tannins, as well as cloves and nutmeg. Very pleasant right away, but it will improve a lot with another year or two of evolution in the bottle.
Carm Touriga Nacional Red
The aroma is very fresh and intense, with black and wild fruit aromas standing out, with strong floral and fresh notes, so characteristic of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is concentrated, warm, with firm and elegant tannins. It has an intense and persistent finish, typical of Douro Superior wines. Contains sulfites.

Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature with 6 months aging in American oak barrels. Produced from a rigorous selection of grapes from the best vineyards in this Douro region. This Colheita 17º presents a red color, a very balanced nose and well filled with notes of wild fruits and cherries, spices and a light floral touch, in a background where the elegance of vanilla and barrel notes is evident, in the mouth it reveals a wine voluminous and enveloping, where the fruit and spices reveal a beautiful integration and the tannins demonstrate a good firmness, showing signs of potential in the bottle, long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
