Pasmados White

Crushing with total destemming, soft and prolonged skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. Complex and elegant presents nobility and distinction fruit of the long months of maturation in French oak barrels and bottle. Fruity, soft, balanced and harmonious. Contains Sulfites.

This wine, produced from the best grapes of the old vines, fermented in marble mills, using the traditional "grape pisa". Aroma clean rich in wild fruits with binding to mint and spices. The flavor is intense and round, with velvety tannins and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
