Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2015 Rose
Pol Roger Rosé Vintage is based on our Brut Vintage (60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay) to which, before bottling and the second fermentation, around 15% still red wine (Pinot Noir) from the best crus of the Reims Mountain region. Only produced in limited quantities, the Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 is aged in our cellars before being released to the market.
Drappier Grande Sendrée Brut White
The Drappier Grande Sendrée Champagne is a charming pale yellow with topaz nuances. Time has used its patina to reveal the wine's complexity. With a mixture of hawthorn berries with acacia honey, beeswax and marzipan, when aired, this Champagne resumes its murmurs. Its quince notes meet with raspberry jam and alternate with tangerine and hot brioche. On the palate it is an invigorating, imposing Champagne that provokes the taste buds. The drop caresses and balances wild strawberry jam with ripe grapefruit. The harmony of this Champagne is prolonged in a delicate minerality and an adorable bitterness that hints at tangerine hints. Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs White
Clear and bright. Opalescent with green tinges and a persistent mousse. Generous in the nose, but also delicate aromas fill the nose: lilac blossom and young white fruits such as peach and grapefruit. Orange, vanilla and cream confit tips bring subtle richness to the bouquet. Palate, the attack is cool, racy and alluring.
