Total destemming, 4 hours pre-fermentative cold skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. 25% in new barrels, 25% in 2nd use barrels and 50% in stainless steel. 50% of the wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels with soft toast.
Tasting notes: Intense citrus color. Nuances of tropical fruits, exotic notes and predominant in complexity notes. Complex, fresh, distinct mouth volume, intense and long persistence.
Gastronomic Suggestions: Go well with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed, as long as they are lightly seasoned and well structured. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in 500-liter barrels of various French oak forests: Allier, Vosges and Nevers. 40% new barrels, the rest in second year barrels. Quinta do Vallado DOC White
Floral aroma and very ripe fruit with some notes of melon. Very mineral and fresh, with balanced and persistent flavor with citric notes. The grapes, coming from new vines, were vinified in the open spout system. The fermentation lasted about 1 month with controlled temperature between 14º to 16º C.

Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Maturation: 48 months in basement and 3 months after degorgement. Tasting Notes: Crystalline with a persistent thin bubble and abundant crown, with citrine color defined. Complex, intense in dried fruits, biscuit, toasted cereal, toasted cereal and jelly of fruits of white pulp. Fruity, fresh, crispy sui generis mousse and long persistence. The grapes from the Monte dos perdigões vineyard were carefully selected, having been vinified separately in French oak barrels. There followed a stage on fine sludge with periodic “batonnage”. Citrine color with slight greenish reflections. Elegant aroma, of good intensity, with notes of tropical fruit associated with dried fruits and spices. Fresh palate, with good acidity and full. Persistent and unctuous finish. Contains sulfites.

The Redoma Reserva White shows a light citrus and crystalline color. The fresh and mineral profile reveals the fantastic terroir where the vines are inserted. The barrel notes are very well integrated, giving complexity and depth to the aroma, but without regret. In the mouth it is tense, with good volume of glass. The freshness, citric acidity and strong minerality provide lightness and elegance for the structure it presents. Dry and austere, it is a white that will benefit greatly in the basement. Base wine produced from grapes from the Arinto grape variety rigorously selected and harvested in the ideal maturation stage for the production of a sparkling wine base. Obtained by the classical method, in the cellars of the Monastery of Cartuxa. Dégorgement after period of 5 years of stage in bottle. Contains sulfites.
Cartuxa Colheita White
These wines associate their quality with the name of the Carthusian monks who, since 1598, lead a solitary prayer life in the Monastery of Santa Maria Scala Coeli. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming and slight crushing. Then the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The stage is followed on fine lees for nine months with regular batonnage. This white wine is based on the castes Antão Vaz and Arinto, have a fine aroma and a certain body, are persistent and harmonious. Contains Sulfites.
Vista Alegre 40 Anos White
