With a citrus color, the wine initially shows good floral, citric, light tropical notes evolving later to some mineral notes, more discreet and elegant. Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. 100% stainless steel aging for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Very elegant and smooth aroma. There are notes of tropical fruit, ripe grapefruit and white flowers. Tasty in the mouth with a velvety and balanced by good acidity. Reveals notes of ripe grapefruit, notes of mango and pineapple and light floral. Long, harmonious and tasty finish. Very clean wine, with aromatic intensity where tropical notes and ripe citrus are evident, making this wine very elegant but concentrated. With a long and harmonious finish. Contains sulfites.
Raríssimo By Osvaldo Amado Bairrada White
Total destemming, 4 hours pre-fermentative cold skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. 25% in new barrels, 25% in 2nd use barrels and 50% in stainless steel. 50% of the wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels with soft toast.
Tasting notes: Intense citrus color. Nuances of tropical fruits, exotic notes and predominant in complexity notes. Complex, fresh, distinct mouth volume, intense and long persistence.
Gastronomic Suggestions: Go well with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed, as long as they are lightly seasoned and well structured. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Roques Encruzado White
Light straw colored wine with limpid appearance; good aromatic intensity where notes of lemon and tropical fruits to which the toasting of the barrels is added, fine and pleasant; in the mouth the first sensation is freshness, but soon one recognizes the great structure and complexity of the wine; the end is long and very long. Internship in 'sur lies' cuba. Light pink color, fresh aroma with notes of tropical fruits and red fruits. Intense and engaging taste. Fresh and mineral. Contains Sulfites.
