The grapes were harvested manually in the best plots of Quinta do Gradil and completely dehaired on arrival at the winery. This wine was vinified in small stainless steel vats at a temperature of 26ºC with previous cold skin maceration. After the malolactic fermentation, the resulting wine was bottled for 3 months before being marketed. Intense ruby color, aromas of forest berries with a balsamic touch and tobacco leaf. Structured mouth with vigorous but well integrated tannins, good balance with long and persistent test finish. Contains Sulfites.
