What documents do I need to send to validate my professional account?

If you have access to your company’s Permanent Certificate number, you do not need to send us any additional documents. If you don’t have this number, please contact us through one of the available channels.

I submitted the form. How long does the validation take?

Generally, it’s very quick. If the form is submitted during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am–12:30 pm / 2:00 pm–7:00 pm), you will gain access to your Professional Account within minutes.

How do I know if my account has been validated?

Once your account has been validated, the PRO badge will appear next to the Cave Lusa logo. If the badge does not appear, please contact us through one of the available channels.
