Cortes de Cima Pinot Noir Red

The vines, sustainably grown, are located just 3 km from the rugged Atlantic coast of Alentejo. The cool maritime climate is further softened by the morning mist that the Mira river originates on the banks of which the vineyards are planted. This cool maritime climate provides the ideal conditions for the development of high quality grapes of the Pinot Noir variety.
The grapes were harvested on the same day but fermented in two separate lots: one at higher temperatures, with prolonged maceration, in order to obtain color and tannins; and the other, at lower temperatures, with less time in contact with the grape films, to obtain a more aromatic and elegant wine. Both wines were aged for eight months in French oak barrels before being bottled and bottled in July 2015.

Discover Conde Vimioso Reserva Red, a prestigious wine that carries a historical legacy and a distinct identity. This wine is the result of a harmonious fusion between native and foreign grape varieties, a celebration of tradition rooted in the territory and ambitious innovation.
Grown in sandy soils enriched with pebbles, Conde Vimioso Reserva Tinto is harvested manually in 15 kg boxes to guarantee its superior quality. The grapes are carefully de-stemmed and crushed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25º C, complemented by prolonged maceration. This process culminates in an 18-month aging period in new and second-year French oak barrels, refining its profile.
With an intense garnet color, this wine exudes minerality and rich aromas of plums, blackberries and spices. In the mouth, it is soft, endowed with robust tannins and a complexity that promises excellent aging potential. The elegance of this wine is highlighted by the fusion of red fruits with its structure and freshness, ending with persistent notes of black fruit. Monte da Raposinha Test II Touriga Nacional Rose
Manual harvesting for 15kg boxes. Light pressing of whole bunches, after careful selection of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in used French oak barrels. Aging for 7 months in barrels with batonnage. Light rosé wine, with a very open salmon color, dry and with excellent acidity combined with the soft creaminess given by the work of the fine lees. The aroma reveals very fresh red fruit, peach, light floral and vegetal surrounded by notes of discreet barrel.
Costa Boal Superior White
Produced from Rabigato, Viosinho, Arinto and Fernão Pires, this Superior white aged in French oak barrels for between 6 and 8 months. It presents corcitrin and aromatic complexity in excellent combination with mineral notes. In the mouth, it reveals body, elegance and a fine acidity, well present and balancing the entire structure and volume of the wine. Edition of 3000 bottles. Contains sulfites.
