Whisky The Macallan Reflexion

Part of the Macallan Decanter Series designed to showcase the beautiful variety of Macallan’s natural color, Reflexion incorporates the primary influence of the first sherry-tempered oak casks. Orange color, aroma of fresh orange zest and citrus fruits. A slight note of wax fades into fresh green apples. Robust chocolate notes, thick fudge, baked pastries, anise pie and caramel with subtle white chocolate truffles. Fresh bananas and sweet oak arrive last. The first citrus zest with the new oak gives way to the juicy sweetness of lemon and orange. Raisins, sultana and apple, with a touch of cinnamon and ginger, are subtle. Baked sweets add balance to a glimpse of toasted oak to give a soft, medium finish.
