Whisky Hatozaki Pure Malt Small Batch

Aged for several years in ex-bourbon casks, ex-sherry casks and Japanese Mizunara casks from the forests of Hokkaido and Tohuku, this whiskey carries a rich profile of cereals and dried fruits, with hints of smoke and honey on the finish. Comprising 100% malt and blended single malt whiskey aged 5 to 6 years, it is produced only in small batches of less than 20 barrels. This whiskey is never colored or filtered. Round, generous and unparalleled. The sweet flavor of malted cereals and dried fruit is enhanced by a light smoky tone and an aromatic honey finish on the palate.
