Arvad Negra Mole Red 2022
Very open ruby color, revealing a background of earthy notes and aromatic herbs. The fruity aromas of cherry and fresh raspberries stand out, displaying all the elegance of the Negra Mole grape variety. Vibrant, smooth and with a medium longevity, this wine is ideal for aperitifs, salads, baked fish dishes, Asian cuisine or white meats. Serve at a temperature of 12ºC for better enjoyment.

Manual harvest and direct press with whole bunch. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on fine lees for 8 months. Very light pink, notes of fresh red fruits and light floral. Very fresh reflecting the good acidity that it has, in an enveloping and smooth set. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes, grape selection and fermentation for 10 days at 24ºC. Aging in French oak barrels for 10 months. Closed ruby color. It highlights a very complete tasting, where fruits such as cassis and ripe raspberry, as well as tobacco and spices, coexist harmoniously. It has a vibrant, enveloping and full tasting, with tannins present but of great quality ensuring the longevity of this wine. The finish is deep and very persistent.

Elegant combination of ripe red fruits and balsamic notes. Subtle notes of spices and some vanilla hints appear. Full but at the same time elegant, it shows the freshness that the proximity of the sea gives it. It is captivating due to its silky texture while still being vibrant and firm. The sensation of freshness and elegance accompanies a long finish. Contains sulfites.
