The maturation phase took place very early and the sweetness allowed for an early harvest. The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, having been vinified in whole bunches and pressed at low pressure in order to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the variety and a lasting freshness. The must was fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for about 20 months in barrels. A ruby red wine, it has the youthful freshness of a very aromatic wine, with notes of smoke, coffee, tobacco, dried grass and plums. Contains sulfites.
