The maturation phase took place very early and the sweetness allowed for an early harvest. The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, having been vinified in whole bunches and pressed at low pressure in order to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the variety and a lasting freshness. The must was fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for about 20 months in barrels. A ruby red wine, it has the youthful freshness of a very aromatic wine, with notes of smoke, coffee, tobacco, dried grass and plums. Contains sulfites.

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, selected from plots 7 and 8 of the Levandeira vineyard, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they are pressed as a whole bunch in a pneumatic press. Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation carried out in a mill with indigenous yeasts. Finished with an aging of 24 months in barrels, 50% in new barrels, 50% in used French oak barrels (225L). Intense aroma of wild fruits and black fruit, balsamic notes and spice. In the mouth it is fruity, firm tannins and very well integrated. It presents a good acidity and a long and tasty finish. Contains sulfites.

Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, Vicentino's varieties show their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that form, promoting an ideal concentration of acids. organics, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in 500 liter French oak barrels with 50% stem. Aging for 10 months in the same barrels where it fermented. The aromatic elegance characteristic of the Pinot Noir variety is compounded by some notes from the French oak barrels where it was fermented and aged. It has an elegant taste, balanced acidity and a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then stepped on foot in granite presses, without destemming and without adding yeast. As soon as the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine is transferred to stainless steel vats. Aging for 10 months in stainless steel vats. It has an aroma with very ripe strawberries and cherries, fresh leaves, aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth it shows good definition and well-focused acidity, concentrated body, fine tannins and long finish. Complex, round, deep, a red that deceives the eye, with rosé color but with depth that belies visual impressions. Contains sulfites.
