Manual reassembly 2x day and temperature 24ºC. overlapping stage for 365 days until the harvest date of the new harvest. Organic Wine, 100% manual vintage, for small perforated boxes. Choice table reception. Stalk and crush. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with temperature control. It aged for 15 months in new 300 L French oak barrels. Intense and very fresh aroma, showing well the cool summer nights at altitude in the Douro Superior, marked by violets, black and red fruits very characteristic of the grapes that gave rise to it, in balance with very subtle notes of French barrel. In the mouth, freshness, acidity and live tannins denote the soil and climate and provide longevity, then all the notes of aroma are felt in an elegant and long set.

Clear color and citrine. Delicate aroma with notes of lemon, green apple and tropical fruits. In the mouth test shows fresh fruit, and minerality with a refreshing citric acidity.
The harvest took place in the second week of September, with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard. The grapes manually harvested for small boxes of 18 kg were immediately pressed with stink and the resulting must passed to small stainless steel tanks where it decanted at low temperature for 48 h. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by stage in stainless steel tank being only filtered before bottling. Contains Sulfites.

Wine selected in equal parts at the Adegas Cooperativas de Mangualde, Penalva do Castelo, Silgueiros and Vila Nova de Tazem. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 14 days. Aging for 12 months in Allier Fino oak barrels. Clear appearance, deep red color, with garnet reflections. Complex aroma, rich in black plum, blackberry, violet and bergamot notes, married to fresh vanilla nuances, flanked by balsamic fragrances. Grapes reception in the cellar in 24kg boxes. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Stabilization and light filtration. Special care was taken in the winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the aim of producing a wine that expresses well the particularities of the grapes and terroir. Produced at Quinta de Santa Teresa, with grapes from the P70 plot, this Monólogo is a monovarieous wine with an aromatic profile, long in the mouth and persistent. These characteristics, typical of the variety, have been appreciated since ancient Greece, where Malvasia Fina comes from. On the nose we find freshness and smoky aromas, quartz and nutmeg. On the palate it is pleasant, balanced and unctuous, showing notes of granitic influence, spices and pear. Contains sulfites.
