QUINTA DO CÔTTO Vinha do Dote Red
Grapes from a vineyard called Vinha do Dote. All grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. After a complete destemming and light crushing, they moved to stainless steel vats where they fermented. Total aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels for 15 months. Vineyards with an average age of 90 years. It presents an intense ruby color, reserved aroma with great complexity. Some spice, vegetable notes and hidden ripe fruit. Present and expressive fruit, wild fruits. Good volume in the mouth, serious, ripe and textured tannins and with freshness to balance the set well. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Vallado Touriga Nacional Red
Each plot was harvested manually and vinified separately in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and reassembly. After malolactic fermentation, all wines were transferred to 225 liter French oak barrels where they remained for 16 months. Of the barrels used, 50% were new and the remainder were 2nd or 3rd year. Typical aroma of ripe Touriga Nacional, bergamot, wild fruits, with floral (violet) and spice nuances. Elegant flavor, with lots of fruit and surrounding tannins. Long and very fresh aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

The nobility of the Touriga Franca grape variety, selected from the Quinta's older vineyards, combined with soil and micro-climate, has given this wine personality and unique character. This quality wine is not filtered or stabilized by the cold, so it is recommended to serve with care as it can create a deposit. 100% destemming. Vinified in stainless steel tank with temperature control. Stage of 4 months in used barrels of French oak and 6 months in bottle. Deep ruby color, ripe fruit aroma, floral notes to caste. Flavor vinous, fruity, floral and elegant. Contains Sulfites.
