Enveloping aromas of ripe apple, pear and orange appear initially, followed by nuances of dates and a subtle peat smoke. On the palate, rich flavors of caramelized peach, candied orange and honeyed figs intertwine with dark chocolate, spicy ginger and the warming depth of peat smoke. The finish is long and seductive, with layers of sweetness balanced by notes of toasted wood and spices.
