This rare and unique wine is composed of Jaen and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, carefully selected to create a harmonious and complex blend. After aging for 24 months, Quinta do Soito A Special Moment Grande Reserva Red develops a unique personality, revealing aromas and flavors that evolve over time.

Quinta do Soito A Special Moment Grande Reserva Red is a wine with an aging potential of over 20 years, which means that its complexity and elegance will continue to evolve over time. This makes it a perfect choice for wine lovers who value quality and longevity.

The winemaking is classic in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled up to 26ºC for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months. Clear appearance, strong red color with hints of garnet, reveals a deep and elegant aroma of very ripe red fruits, where the notes of plum, blueberry and cherry stand out combined with soft expressions of fine vanilla, spices and dried fruits, married with a light fragrance. balsamic and faint breath of pine forest. In the mouth it shows outstanding complexity, it is round and harmonious, with good structure and balance of well integrated tannins, promising a good aging potential. It reveals a long persistence and an exquisite bouquet, showing the character of its terroir and the personality of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.

Aroma has fruit and violets, in a very elegant bouquet. In the mouth it remains fruity, very balanced and harmonious, with tannins already tamed by time, very correct, elegant and fine. Gentle crushing of the grapes with total destemming, maceration and fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats, with selected yeasts, temperature control 28º – 30ºC, gentle pumping over.

Created from the harmony of the Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta-Roriz grape varieties produced and vinified at Quinta do Soito. It presents a garnet color with violet reflections, a delicate and complete aroma with notes of blackberry and blueberry combined with mint nuances and fine spices. In the mouth it reveals an excellent balance: the flavor is velvety and intense, grandiose, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long finish. Contains sulfites.
