The grapes from the vindima dos nossos associados are unloaded and immediately disengaged and drained. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (15°C) which lasts approximately 12 days. At the 2nd fermentation by the «Traditional Method» decorated in a bottle for 3 months, later the wine reaches a stage of 10 years at the “dégorgement”. A clear-looking wine with a fine and persistent ball, with a defined color, aroma of dried fruits and a wrapper in citrus and floral notes with a great complexity, volume and persistence in the mouth. Contains sulphites.
