A wine that, as the name suggests, is part of its personal estate, kept since it was established in the production of wines with a trademark registered in 1991. The Kompassus Baga Private Collection 1991 is unique for the rare quality and quantity, and for this reason is released annually in limited quantities of 25 bottles. It is a commemorative edition and belongs to a Super Premium category. Made exclusively from the Baga variety, it was fermented in an open winery with sugar and aged in a 3000 liter tonl for a year and a half. In spite of his joyful 25 years, we still have a wine of intense color, very fine in the aroma and of great complexity of mouth. He shows himself to be the master of a great youth, full of strength and great refinement. In order to ensure the preservation of its quality for a quarter of a century, we only replace the cork so that it can be drunk and enjoyed without any embarrassment.
