The collaboration of the limited edition Dom Perignon with the Dutch stylist Iris Van Herpen focuses on the metamorphosis: meaning the closing of one period and the birth of another, and a powerful symbol of evolution, transformation and rebirth. It has on the nose aromas of almonds and cocoa powder that gradually develop into white fruits with notes of dried flowers. Classic crisp notes give a rounded finish and denote a fully realized maturity. In the mouth, wine instantly traces an incredibly fine line between density and weightlessness.
