Guru White

From a vineyard with more than 50 years old come the grapes of the varieties Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Códega do Larinho, that compose this wine. It is fermented and aged in new French oak barrels at controlled temperature. The Guru is thus a testimony to the maturity of the vineyard that created it. Just as the liveliness of the white grapes is softened by the wisdom of the years, so the acidity of this wine is balanced by the softness of the wood, in an envolving evidence in which the clear aroma of grapefruit with mineral notes stands out. Extremely elegant and mineral white wine with fresh grapefruit aromas. Excellent balance and very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
