What documents do I need to send to validate my professional account?

If you have access to your Permanent Certificate number, you don't need to send us any documents. If you don't have this number, you should contact us through one of the available channels.

I submitted the form. How long does validation take?

It's usually very fast. If the form is submitted within our working hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30am-12.30pm / 2pm-7pm) you will have access to your Professional account within minutes.

How do I know if my account has been validated?

Once the account has been validated, the PRO badge will be visible next to the Cave Lusa logo. If the badge is not displayed, please contact us through one of the available channels.
