The Glencadam distillery opened in 1825 and has since changed little. A very special collection of barrels was chosen for the Origin 1825 edition. The final selection consisted of a unique marriage of whiskey ripened into first-class American oak bourbon barrels with “finished” whiskey at the finest ends of Spanish Sherry Oloroso. It has a warm gold color, with malted barley aroma creamy and floral with notes of vanilla that welcome the arrival of mixed summer fruits. In the mouth stands out the flavor of bananas, pineapple and pears End of floral mouth with sweetness of pear drop.
