Dona Sancha Red 2021 has a vibrant ruby ​​color. On the nose, black fruit and jam stand out, complemented by vegetal notes typical of the Jaen variety. In the mouth, it surprises with its freshness, fine tannins and spicy nuances. With a medium structure, this wine offers a long and persistent finish, marking each tasting with a memorable experience.

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration 28 days. Stage for 6 months in French oak barrels of 500L – 50% and 12 months in bottle. Lemon color, discreet, evident wood well married without overpowering the wine, with notes of honey and quince. In the mouth it is complex, with very present acidity, unctuous with a long and persistent finish .

Quinta Dona Sancha Touriga Nacional Red

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 22º-24ºC for 14 days. Stage for 12 months in 500L French oak barrels and 24 months in bottle. Deep ruby color, intense aroma with hints of ripe black fruit. In the mouth it is expressive, elegant, with good structure and a long finish.

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 22º-24ºC, for 16 days. Aging for 8 months in stainless steel vats and 8 months in 500L French oak barrels – 30% of the Batch. The remainder ages for 6 months in bottle. Deep ruby color, closed nose with balsamic and pine notes. Live tannins with very present acidity. Long and persistent aftertaste .

Ruby color, aromas of black fruit, a vegetable side from Jaen. In the mouth it is fresh, with fine tannins and some spice. Medium structure, long and persistent .

Quinta Dona Sancha Encruzado White

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration of 23 days. Aging for 6 months in 500L French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle. Lemon color, the wood is evident, well matched without overlapping with the identity of the Encruzado. Very present acidity, with some floral notes and honey. Contains sulfites.

Quinta Dona Sancha Tinta Pinheira Red

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in granite presses with controlled temperature between 22º-24ºC. Duration of 13 days. Aging for 8 months in stainless steel vats and 24 months in bottle. Open ruby color, intense nose with floral notes of violet and some ripe fruit. Freshness and acidity well present with silky tannins. Contains sulfites.

Dona Sancha White

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration 27 days. Stage for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle. Pale lemon color, young nose, fresh with a predominance of citrus fruits and some tropical notes. Very pronounced acidity with a dry, long and persistent finish .
