Zom is situated in the heart of the Natural Park of the Douro International, habitat of eagle perch or Bonelli’s eagle, Illustrated on the label of this wine. This wine was vinified in the new wine cellar of Barão de Vilar, in the heart of the Upper Douro, having been staged in French oak barrels for 15 months at a temperature below 15ºC. Wine full of varietal aromas, Zom Reserva assumes a perfect balance of mouth, in a pure expression of elegance of the most noble Douro castes.
