Vale dos Ares Fine Lees White is a wine that reflects the precision and freshness of the Vinho Verde region, enhanced by careful winemaking and extended ageing on fine lees, giving it depth, texture, and elegance.

The grapes are hand-harvested and reach the winery within minutes, preserving their freshness and aromatic purity.
After rigorous sorting, the wine undergoes cold skin maceration followed by gentle low-pressure pressing. Fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, followed by 18 months ageing on fine lees, with regular lees suspension to enhance complexity and creaminess.

With its bright crystalline yellow colour, it displays delicate floral aromas alongside fresh white fruit notes. On the palate, it offers balanced acidity, elegant texture, and a dry, persistent, and harmonious finish. A versatile and gastronomic white wine with a refined contemporary profile. Contains sulphites.
