Vadio Red
The Vadio Red is an authentic expression of the Bairrada terroir, reflecting a philosophy of minimal intervention and respect for the region’s winemaking tradition. Originating from clay-limestone soils, this wine benefits from an Atlantic climate that provides a distinctive freshness to the Baga grapes.
The production focuses on fruit purity, with manual harvesting followed by crushing and fermentation conducted exclusively by indigenous yeasts. The maturation process is patient, featuring aging for about 24 months in French oak barrels, complemented by an additional twelve months of bottle aging before release.
