Vadio Branco Bairrada

The Vadio Branco Bairrada is a wine that authentically expresses the character of Bairrada, resulting from a harmonious blend of the Bical and Cercial grape varieties. Sourced from vines planted in sandy and clay-limestone soils, it reveals a striking freshness and consistency that distinguish the great white wines of the region.

The grapes are harvested in the early morning hours to enhance their purity, then pressed as whole clusters and vinified separately. Cercial ferments in stainless steel, preserving its vibrancy and citrus aromatic profile, while Bical ferments in used barrels, imparting greater complexity and a more enveloping texture. After fermentation, both age on fine lees for 8 months, gaining depth and structure.

On the nose, fresh citrus notes with a subtle hint of salinity stand out.

On the palate, it presents a vibrant acidity, balanced by an elegant and enveloping texture, culminating in a long, tense, and precise finish.

Versatile and balanced, it is ideal to accompany fresh seafood, light dishes, or relaxed moments.

It should be served between 10ºC and 12ºC to best appreciate its expression.
