Manual harvesting in small boxes of 25Kg, 80% fermented in stainless steel and 20% in new French oak barrels. Stage in stainless steel and new French oak barrels for 5 to 6 months. Straw, citrine and bright color. Nose thin and elegant, it is very fruity and fresh, with aromas of the pear type and white plum and nuances of pineapple. Mineral, also has vanilla touches very well integrated. In the mouth it is intense, full of aromatic notes that recall the taste of fresh fruits, balanced acidity, complex and tasty. Very mineral, presents a long and very fine finish. Contains Sulfites.

Monte do Zambujeiro Red
2013 was a hot dry year that resulted in opulent and fruity wines. Monte do Zambujeiro has a beautiful dark red color, followed by a bouquet of wild fruits with notes of toast. A well structured wine under solid, soft tannins, with a creamy and fruity extract, a well integrated acidity and alcohol.

Vinified in mills with traditional walking foot for 6 days. Malolactic fermentation made in French oak barrels of 225 liters where it remained, after passing to clean, another 18 months. 40% new barrels and 60% barrels of 2nd year. Quinta do Vallado Sousão presents a very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak wood, black fruits, tobacco and spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fleshy with excellent acidity. Mineral finish, fresh and long flavored with black fruits. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta dos Aciprestes Grande Reserva Talhão 14 Red
Fermentation and maceration occurs in stainless steel with temperature control. 30% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, in the best conditions for stage. It has very intense notes of red and citrus fruit, complexed with nuances of vanilla. In the mouth, it is very fine and elegant, where fruity aromas are highlighted in a powerful and concentrated structure, with long and persistent end. Contains Sulfites.
