Tiago Cabaço 3 Tourigas Superior
The Tiago Cabaço 3 Tourigas Superior is born from a deep tribute to the terroir of Herdade do Trocaleite, in Estremoz. This wine results from the careful selection of grapes from three distinct plots of Touriga Nacional, harvested at an irreproachable state of ripeness to ensure a perfect balance between alcohol, sugars, and natural acidity.
The vinification combines the modernity of stainless steel vats with the tradition of foot-treading in stone lagares under temperature control. The aging in French oak barrels provides additional sophistication, elevating the expression of this emblematic grape variety in the Alentejo.
