Soalheiro Oppaco Red

A new chapter in the History of the Soalheiro and after some previous tests with good results we present with a delicate and elegant profile this new bet of the Soalheiro. In the first two harvests the lot was based on the vineyards Vinhão and Alvarinho with the conviction that the rusticity of Vinhão is partly shaped by the elegance of Alvarinho, finding an excellent balance of aroma and flavor, but in the constant search for the best viticultural and oenological principles , in order to enhance the expression of the terroirs, we introduced the pinot noir variety in the lot. Ruby color, fresh aroma and with fruit, has an elegant, long and consistent flavor. The fermentation occurs simultaneously with Vinhão, Alvarinho (15%) and Pinot Noir (15%). The whole lot has 30% of wine with stage in new French oak barrels. Contains Sulfites.
