All varieties are vinified by direct pressing. Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless steel vats. Grenache & Rolle are partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with a rounded bottom. This ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees creating the same effect as a batonnage and gives the wine a lot of structure. It has a very clear light pink color with bluish reflections. This wine offers an elegant nose with delicate notes of grapefruit and white flowers. Fresh and balanced, the palate is lively and reveals seductive aromas of citrus fruits and marine iodine. Contains sulfites.

50% of the stemmed grapes and 50% of the destemmed grapes fermented for 15 days at controlled temperatures between 20 and 23ºC, with little skin maceration. Grapes harvested by hand, for boxes of 25 kg, at their ideal point of maturation; intended to have a vigorous maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and wine presses, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the films of very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in used 300 liter French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Purple and very deep color, very complex and distinct aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates, characteristic of the grape variety, with notes of spicy notes coming from the wood. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity, great balance and harmony with high level tannins that give it a long finish. Contains Sulfites.
