Sem Par Red
Most of the grapes were de-stemmed. Fermentation took place in amphorae, having aged 36 months, without major extraction, in these same amphorae. Lush nose with expressive fruit. But more than just fruity, it has a huge freshness with a great “bouquet”. Structured and elegant wine, balanced by persistent acidity and concise and precise tannins. Very long finish, with great aging potential. Contains sulfites.
