Obtained from the best vinifications of the harvest, which resulted in the vinification of the Syrah grape variety. The grapes were carefully harvested and taken to the cellar, where cold pre-fermentative maceration was carried out, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 28ºC and prolonged maceration. It aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels. Contains sulfites.

Giz Vinha das Cavaleiras Magnum Red
The grapes that make up this wine were destemmed and fermented in an open press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging of 20 months in new (70%) and used barrels, both in French oak. Naturally stabilized wine during prolonged aging in barrels. 1400 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of ripe cherry, blueberry and light floral traces. Cedarwood, forest floor, tobacco box and spice add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it proves to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish.
Anselmo Mendes Tempo White
Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. Pelicular maceration followed by total fermentation with the films. Part of the fermentation takes place with the whole bunch not destemmed. After fermentation, it is aged for 6 months in used 400 liter French oak barrels with regular batting. Golden tanning color. Strong intensity of aromas, especially caramelized orange peel, citrus flowers and dried fruits. On the palate, it presents slight tannins flanked by a lively and sharp acidity. Strongly mineral mouth attack, ending very long, complex and persistent, showing dried and citrus fruits. Contains Sulfites.
Crochet Red
Crochet is a four-handed wine that faithfully translates the colossal and untamed spirit of the Douro. A wine made by two friends, Susana Esteban and Sandra Tavares da Silva, winemakers who share not only a relationship of deep friendship but a common passion for wine and a sensitivity and visions similar to what the Douro can and can offer. Two winemakers who joined efforts to produce this Douro wine that brings together the feeling and the common experience of many harvests together and separated. Manual fermentation in 15 kg boxes with strict selection at the entrance of the cellar. Vinification in stainless steel with post fermentation maceration. Stage of 18 months in French oak barrels 40% new and 60% second year. Red color retinta. Fruity but compact, almost monolithic, it alternates between the delicacy of the fruit and an intensely mineral profile surprising for the softness of the tannins, the aromatic depth and the vehemence of the structure. Tense and serious, it is a rigorous and well-educated red that presents itself fine and elegant. Contains Sulfites.

Pale crystalline color and aroma with notes of very delicate tropical fruit, with subtle hints of honey. Revealing a surprising character in Viosinho! In the mouth, it impresses with its excellent volume and buttery texture, where the fruit appears very well integrated, giving it sophistication and enormous gastronomic adaptation.
