Ribeiro Santo Automático Magnum Red

Ribeiro Santo Automático Red presents a ruby, bright color. With notes of black fruit, such as blueberries, and nuances of woods, it is a wine that presents with well marked mouth and balanced acidity, with final notes of spices. The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes went directly to a small winery without destemming, where they macerated until the fermentation started naturally. Only with indigenous yeasts did the fermentation last for about 15 days, with steps carefully to allow color extraction and aeration of the masses. At the end of the fermentation the tear wine passed to a small deposit, where it remained until the bottling. The whole process comes naturally and with the least intervention of man and with insignificant quantities of products external to the grape until bottling. Contains Sulfites.
