The grapes, from the manual harvest of our associates, are immediately destemmed and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (25ºC). During this period, maceration or tanning is carried out by the timed reassembly process, so that there is a greater extraction of color and tannins. Tanning lasts about 15 days.
Contains sulfites.
