Quinta do Vallado White
The Quinta do Vallado White is an authentic expression of the Douro terroir, coming from one of the most emblematic and historic estates in the region. This wine reflects Quinta do Vallado’s philosophy of combining tradition with modernity, resulting in a profile that captures the essence of Douro’s white grape varieties.
The production follows the off-skin fermentation method, with a slow fermentation of about one month under strictly controlled temperatures between 14º and 16º C. To preserve all its vivacity and aromatic purity, the wine aged for approximately three months in stainless steel vats before bottling.
