Vinified in mills with traditional walking foot for 6 days. Malolactic fermentation made in French oak barrels of 225 liters where it remained, after passing to clean, another 18 months. 40% new barrels and 60% barrels of 2nd year. Quinta do Vallado Sousão presents a very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak wood, black fruits, tobacco and spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fleshy with excellent acidity. Mineral finish, fresh and long flavored with black fruits. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. In contact with the lees for about 7 months. 75% of the batch in stainless steel vats and the rest in a concrete egg. Light citrus color, singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety. Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent finish. Great capacity for evolution is expected. Contains sulfites.

Monólogo Arinto is a monocasta wine produced with grapes from the P24 plot of Quinta de Santa Teresa, using sustainable farming practices. This property is in conversion to organic production. It is a fresh wine with delicate aromas and good acidity. Citrine color with crystalline tones. It has white fruit aromas with a rich and complex palate. A long and pleasant ending. The history of the wines of the Casas do Côro begins with the purchase of old vineyards with more than 80 years in Marialva and evolves it by planting 9 hectares of the best white grape varieties. Marialva is a fantastic terroir at 600 meters altitude between Beira Interior and the Douro. Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc / Alvarinho White
Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. In this way, a wine at the same time aromatic, with vegetable touches of Sauvignon Blanc, with a wider and mineral finish, reached by the depth of Alvarinho. A wine with a citrus color, aromatic with touches of asparagus and soft tropical, end of mouth persistent and mineral. Fish and shellfish, poultry and whole white meats.
